# TGE: Common Questions & Answers

This Document will be updated when additional questions are asked and not mentioned in the Gitbook

1. **When is the token launching?**\
   The Token Generation Event (TGE) is at **9 PM EST on December 23rd (in order to convert to your time zone, use google)**
2. **When will airdrops be sent?**\
   Airdrops will be sent **before the TGE** to ensure everyone is ready to trade once it goes live.
3. **Where can I trade the token?**\
   You can trade it on **Solar Dex**: <https://eclipse.solarstudios.co/swap/>.
4. **Will the network be smooth?**\
   There may be **potential lag** because **Eclipse is a new network**. This is normal during early stages of adoption and integration.
5. **How were rewards distributed?**\
   Rewards were based on:
   * **Snapshot** taken of unlisted NFTs on secondary.
   * **Tiered distribution**:
     * **Tier 1**: $150
     * **Tier 2**: $130
     * **Tier 3**: $115
     * **Tier 4**: $100
   * **$40 bonus** for all eligible participants \[wave 1 and 2] (PEOPLE WHO GOT THE REBATE ARE REMOVED FROM THIS).
   * **Partnership bonuses**:
     * ASC: $80
     * Solar Badge: $30
     * Validators: $30\
       **Important:** Only the **highest partnership bonus per wallet** is counted; you cannot combine them.
6. **What is the plan for price stability and token growth?**
   * We are working with **MEXC on Eclipse integration**, with discussions starting last week.
   * We plan to list the token on **two additional exchanges** over the next **two months** to promote growth and adoption.
7. **Why do you mention tiers in USDC terms?**\
   To emphaize there will be numerous snapshots for the token that are frequent and we will reward people heavily who believe in the project.
8. **What happens if I hold onto my airdrop?**\
   If your wallet balance is **the same or higher than your airdrop after snapshot** you will receive **rewards**.
   * This program will continue until **staking is live**.
   * **Staking will only be available via whitelisting**.

#### **Key Highlights**

**Companions NFT Utility**

The **core utility** of the **Companions NFT** is its **AI integration** into the upcoming **Solar Companion App**. This app will be your **personal guide** to learning and understanding Web3, designed to **educate and grow with you**. Additionally, the NFT will represent a **character** in the **Solar  Web3 game**, bridging education with immersive gameplay.

Beta of Companion Mobile App will be released in January for testing. Will require a Companion to unlock features - first feature will be a claim reward

#### **DEX Progress and Roadmap**

Although the **DEX is currently in Beta**, it has shown **remarkable growth**, including:

* **Over 15,000 users and community members** actively participating.
* **$100k+ in liquidity provided by users themselves.**
* **More than $1 million in trading volume**, all achieved **without a market maker**.

**Roadmap for the DEX:**

1. **LP Staking** (Coming this week):
   * Liquidity providers will be rewarded through **farming and staking rewards**.
2. **LP Providers Expansion** (After the holidays):
   * **Businesses** will join, adding **deeper liquidity** for Ethereum, USDC, and Solana pairs.
3. **Leaderboard for Incentives:**
   * A **DEX leaderboard** will encourage higher volume trading and more liquidity provision.
4. **Solar Companion App Integration:**
   * A **fully seamless swap experience**, tethered directly to the **Solar Companion App**, making it easier than ever to trade.
